  • “Last week I had the privilege of attending a transformative Leadership & Wellness Retreat with an extraordinary group of women - each a powerhouse in her own right. Surrounded by leaders from diverse industries, I was reminded of the strength that comes from shared experiences, open dialogue and intentional rest… this retreat was a space to reflect, reset and realign both personally and professionally. I walked away feeling inspired, recharged and incredibly grateful for the wisdom and generosity of the women in the room.”
    - Nicole, Company Director

  • “There was an exciting group of diverse, motivated business owners and senior leaders ready to learn and teach and grow - and the views, seminars, exercise options and food were so well curated and paced.”

    — Amanda, Barrister

  • “Grateful to have been part of this A rare chance for me to step back, reset and reflect - personally and professionally. Big thanks to Chloe and Carolyn for holding the space so thoughtfully. Already thinking about what I’m taking forward with me.”

    — Renee, General Manager

  • First retreat, no expectations, and I was surprised in the best way. Carolyn & Chloe's retreat turned out to be more meaningful and memorable than I ever expected.
The group sessions on understanding and managing everyday pressures and emotional fatigue were really helpful and easy to relate to. I walked away with two practical tools and fresh perspectives from the other women, which I’ve already shared with a couple of my book club friends.

I also really appreciated the chef taking care of my dietary needs – it made a big difference not having to worry about food. And the house had plenty of quiet spots to relax when I needed some space, which made it easy to find a good balance between connecting with others and recharging alone.

Thanks so much, Carolyn and Chloe, you delivered a terrific experience!

    - Carla, Business Owner

  • It was such a joy to present a workshop at Carolyn Apostolou and Chloe Moorfoot's Leadership and Wellness Retreat. Every detail of the retreat, from the stunning location to the carefully planned itinerary and the private chef preparing nourishing meals, was curated with such care. It was wonderful to witness the connections that formed among the group, with ample space in the program for movement, meaningful conversation, recharging, and shared learning; not only from Carolyn, Chloe, and the other presenters, but also from one another. It was a privilege to contribute to such a special experience.

    - Dr Jodie Richardson

  • I had the privilege of attending Carolyn & Chloe’s Leadership Retreat alongside an inspiring group of women. The leadership sessions were thoughtfully curated, and each day was filled with meaningful wellness activities — a true reset for both mind and body. Grateful to have been a part of it!

  • Thank you so much Carolyn and Chloe for a beautiful retreat. You created the safe, calm space we all needed to take a step back, stop rushing and refocus on ourselves. I gained so much from the experience and connections with like minded women who were all there to support and inspire. So grateful x

    - Vanessa, Communications Manager

  • Carolyn and Chloe what an incredible retreat you organised … so beautifully organised and such wonderful workshops. I learned so much across such a range of topics, from nutrition to leadership. Not to mention the venue was beyond amazing. Most of all what a beautiful group of talented women you brought together. It is so refreshing and liberating and inspiring to be with women like all of you. I felt privileged to meet you all. I hope to see you all again at another women’s event!!

    - Amy, Business Owner

  • Attending Carolyn and Chloe’s Executive Leadership and Wellness Retreat at Cape Schanck last week was nothing short of sensational.
It can be challenging to find the time and space to step out of your normal day-to-day routine to truly rest and recalibrate. This retreat provided exactly that—a seriously serene and gorgeous location where I could recharge both physically and mentally.
The venue was just perfect, for the small, intimate group of fellow female leaders who created an atmosphere of genuine connection and support. What made this retreat truly special was the balance between personal wellbeing and professional development. All topped off with the most (yummy scrumptious) gourmet meals prepared by chef Erica were sensational, fueling both body and soul.
I left feeling re-energized, with a clear mind and renewed focus, ready to contribute at my fullest capacity in every aspect of my life.

    - Kym, Senior Executive

  • My experience at the retreat was regenerative. It allowed me to step back, reflect on my leadership journey, and return with renewed energy and clarity. The combination of learning, relaxation, and networking with like-minded leaders created an environment where I felt supported and inspired.
